I have left Brightcove as of yesterday (on good terms, I hasten to add) and as of today am working for myself. I shall be maintaining this blog and hopefully commenting slightly more frequently as a way of expressing non-business critical opinions (!) At the same time I'm planning to develop a more commercial web presence at www.digitalsurface.co.uk where I can set out my stall in terms of the services I intend to offer. The video player demos will be down for a few days while I shift Brightcove platform accounts from internal to external.

It's a strange bitter sweet time as I am both sad to leave Brightcove and excited about going my own way. Hopefully it will all work out for the better!
